Prior to Westmount, Mr. Bailey spent several years at a large proprietary equity trading firm where he was responsible for sourcing and deploying trading strategies across a range of markets. Mr. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Manitoba and is a member of the Young Presidents Organization.
